Starting with Reiki-based affirmations, you will be guided through a calming technique called Box-breathing, a guided imagery meditation, and narrated Reiki. The hour of dedicated self-care is completed with a challenge to lift your vibration for the next week. It is one hour of dedicated self-care – an invitation to calm your mind and body and rejuvenate your spirit.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Taz first attended Camp Scugog in August 2018 with her daughter, Madi. At the time, Taz was living in a shelter for women fleeing domestic violence. She was encouraged to attend through her social worker, and was blown away by her week at Camp Scugog.

It was unlike any experience she’d ever had.

It was that first session at Camp Scugog that helped empower her to bench-mark how she should be treated. It was fundamental in her healing and recovery process because she was able to take that experience, and translate it into self-love.

Taz is a a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner and is excited to share her gifts with the broader Camp Scugog community.
